As a service to our patients, we accept assignment of benefits, whereby we agree to have the patient request that his or her dental plan provider pay the practice directly for the percentage of the cost covered. We will file insurance claims on behalf of the patients and request their insurance company to pay the dental office directly. Patients are required to pay the remaining balance.

Please note that not all services may be covered by your insurance carrier and every insurance plan has its own unique coverage and exceptions. Our office will do our best to assist our patients in understanding the details of their insurance plan; however, we are limited in the information we can access due to privacy restrictions.
